Ate 3400 calories and a ton of carbs yesterday although I burned 3000 plus exercising. Drank seven beers, which accounted for nearly 1100 of the calories. Paid for that fun with a 208.8 weigh in today, even after a 16:8 fast and a five mile walk at 4 mph. That will pop me out of the blue maintenance zone and back into green. I can see and feel the extra water weight (like a jellyfish). Onward to more vacation fun!

Oh yeah, I go on vacation in August (fingers crossed) so I'm watching you for tips. Maybe that's when I'll break out the 5:2 who knows. But it's great to hear you are having a great time.

Nope! Thanks but going to enjoy every day of vacation and will get back on track next week! It's all water weight and we will lose it quickly upon our return.
