Morning weigh in of 201.8. Will eat about 1600 calories today. Treadmill tonight if my four hours of sleep will support it. If not, will do a huge post 16:8 workout on the holiday tomorrow.

Hi Bill, sorry you slept poor. Nice to have a day off tomorrow to look forward to, makes a nice long week-end. Happy 4th of July as you likely won't be on here tomorrow. Me neither as I'm off too :)

Thanks, Isabel! Wife is out of town so my brother and an old Navy pal are coming over for beer and grilling. Got lots of meat marinating as we speak. But will definitely check in to log it all! Have a great weekend!

A boy's celebration - that will be a lot of fun. Enjoy. I think there is still some FIFA playing over the week-end. I don't know much about the sport but I have enjoyed what I've watched. Cheers :)

Were we on the same sleep schedule last night? I don't know about you but my brain is still on snooze this morning. We're on the same page with the fast, I'm following your lead and doing workouts the next 2 mornings while in fast mode. At least that's the plan, got to actually do it. You're like a machine, getting closer and closer to staying under 200. Soon...

Thanks, Jim! Vacation from tomorrow through the 15th will add a layer to the challenge but will try not to make my life TOO difficult for the last two weeks of the month! Hitting an average daily calorie goal on a month to month basis allows me to stay on track... Best of success with 16:8 and fasted training! I hope it works out for you like it has for me! Happy 4th!
