Up to 202.6 this morning after a snacky 2400 calorie day (despite a 470 calorie deficit). Will eat about 1200 today to even it out. Scheduled for weight lifting tonight but not sure I'll do it. Feels like I experienced a small tear or pull in my left pec muscle during volleyball on Monday. Will keep an eye on it.
91.9 kg Lost so far: 55.5 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Be careful. Maybe a treadmill day is in order to allow the upper body volleyball muscles to heal?

Thanks, Jen and MrsMole. I agree. I felt ok during treadmill last night but I have no problem with doing that all week if needed.

I keep a stash of granola bars for emergencies. In fact, just ate one! Will do yogurt at 4 and then dinner at 7. Definitely not a standard part of the routine, but always have two in the briefcase just in case. The yummy loose granola at night is my real problem. Too easy to do it by the handful!

Thanks, Kattay! Going to be hitting vacation next week, so will use that time to rest it up. If it continues to bother me, I'll suck it up and go into the doctor. But I am a typical man in that regard... ;)

LOl....I am not a man, but I really don't go to the DR unless there is NO way around it (ie thinking I'm dying or broke something). The blood suckers already got more than their fair share from me and my bank account.

If you can transfer some of your efforts to my weight loss with your lifting my number is 555 ;) Love the effort you put forth its encouraging. Takes lots of patience and time to achieve even small goals.

How bout when you laugh? Does it hurt then? If so you may have strained your laugh muscle and gotta take care of that, cause if ya can't laugh at it, play with it or eat it you might as well piss on it.

Thanks, DClaytor! I agree. Love to laugh. No, it's really just a tiny tear or pull. When it happened, I felt a burn and then I felt it again when I twisted a certain way yesterday carrying a shoulder laptop bag. I feel the same burn when I push on it. My poor man boob!

LOL. I'm sure you'll be better in no time. I just think it's great that you pay that close attention. Most guys I know wouldn't of noticed it till major damage and next thing they know they're out of commission for couple weeks. Then they whine like babies to us wives and we end up straining our eyes rolling them. Becomes a vicious circle.
