Up to 204.0 from last Saturday's official post workout weigh in but losing .8 pounds a day for the past two days since targeting 1600 calories per day. Will eat 600 calories through lunch, leaving 1000 for dinner out tonight. I'll do my best but will adjust tomorrow as necessary. Did weight lifting and a half hour on the treadmill last night. No workout tonight as we will be going out to dinner and a play. Went looking online for a pull-up bar yesterday and noted that they were offering a free one with the purchase of the P90X exercise program. One thing led to another and it looks like I'll be starting P90X this weekend. Guess I'll be doing HITT training after all. Hopped into the pool for the first time this year last night. Felt great after working out. Will need that during this upcoming summer of P90X torture! Have a good day!

Let's see what it's like... I will probably not be able to do everything at first but will look for improvement. My weight lifting showed improvement last night after I had stalled for quite a while. Adding more protein during the day has helped.

Good luck Bill! I'm sure you'll enjoy the P90X experience....I did Insanity around this time last year and felt I was joining the army :) I lasted it out to the full....it's good to shake it up a notch!
