Saturday weigh in time! Got up at 6am and got a 205.2 weigh in. I was not happy about that but already sulked myself into a night of recalculations last night and was going to target a new daily calorie goal anyway. Back to bed.

Up at 11am a little more rested after 10 hours of sleep. Weighed in again. 203.0. That's better, and a nice starting point for the end of 16:8 workout.

Did an hour on the treadmill, this time at 4mph the entire time with the extra rest. Also drank Syntrax protein and water with Bentonite before my workout.

The Tanita didn't get me all the way back to last week's 200.2, but 201.0 was better than I feared last night. Still will adjust my daily calorie intake down a bit this week. Dinner out at a nice South American steak house tonight. Good friends and a bottle of two of red wine are probably in store. Adjust as necessary on Sunday and Monday. Cheers!
