Decent eating day at work brought me home with a 204.2 weigh in. Hopped on the treadmill for an hour and then got a 202.0 weigh in. Nice. Body fat looking good. Ate a big bag of Brussels sprouts, but didn't have much else in the house. Ended up having two gigantic super chocolate protein shakes, essentially a double batch of frozen banana, Syntrax Nectars Chocolate Truffle, four tablespoons of hershey's cocoa, and two cups of unsweetened almond milk. Interestingly, it did not get into ice cream consistency tonight. But... was a super thick and deep chocolate shake. Life is good!

I had a nice protein shake last night too, a nice way to finish off calories for the day. Keep the good work.

Not bad Could run faster but I'm in the Marines so I do everything fast and efficient.

It's pretty handy, JMB. Just figure out what protein you need, and load up the blender! Semper Fi, NeonQuilt. I'm 55 and not out to impress anybody. Looking for some good calorie burn at the end of a long work day... probably not going to take it into the running zone! Well, Isabel, just like yesterday morning, gained overnight due to the meal I ate after weighing in last night. But down one pound in 24 hours. Looking forward to seeing my weight at the end of my 16:8 fast and workout on Saturday. Have a great weekend, everyone!
