Morning weigh in at 202.4 after hitting my macros and calories exactly and a nice evening treadmill workout. Will eat 2160 calories again today and weight lifting tonight.

Whoa. I just joined this site and cannot believe that your post came up as the first one I find. I am just starting on a journey of training for powerlifting where for the first time in my life I am starting to count macronutrients. How long have you been eating this way and what kind of successes have you had?

Hi. Welcome to the site! I've been doing macros since February 1, but only as targets within a daily calorie goal I set using the Body Weight Simulator (free on iphone/ipad). I use the IIFYM.com settings except for the daily calories, which I find a bit high for me. I hope you have great success!
