Up to 203.2 after a surplus calorie day on Sunday followed by an equivalent deficit calorie day on Monday. Have 2160 calories today and treadmill. Might take the body a while to adjust to the extra calories this month as I convert from an approximate 950 calorie deficit per day to about 500. Maintenance, ya know!
92.2 kg Lost so far: 55.2 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

That's right! Already trying to figure out what goodies I'll have for dinner! It's only about 300-400 more calories per day, but it seems like a king's ransom!

So many calories to add, and so many choices to choose from! That's not a bad dilemma to be in. You're doing well on your journey, I look forward to being at that point somewhere in the future.

It's great so far! And it's only been two days! I had a hard time figuring out what to take to work today. Going to have to plan some good transportable lunches.
