Lost some weight today despite eating five cookies after missing lunch. Got down to my lowest fat percentage so far. Had a nice protein based dinner. Going to ensure I eat a salad with olive oil every night and to limit the cottage cheese for a week to try to fix the constipation issues. Weight lifting tonight. Did not get to my full 885 calorie targeted deficit today, but since I had a 1231 calorie deficit yesterday, I'll take the 968 deficit average!

How do you measure all the stats such as body fat %, lbs, muscle mass etc. you have noted?

I really like mine. Had it since late December. Helps me attack the body fat now that I'm 5-10 lbs. away from my goal.

Yeah, not recommended. Those damned things ended up being 739 calories. If I had eaten the protein bar I brought, it would have been 180 and WAY better on the carbs and protein! But I got away with one yesterday.

OK... all were sort of mini brownies about an inch high and two inches across. First one was half and half chocolate and vanilla. Second one was a mini brownie. Third one was Lemon. Fourth one was Coffee Bake flavored, and final one was an actual shortbread cookie with a big dollop of chocolate and salted caramel on top! All were about 140-150 calories each except for that little coffee cake sucker... he was 189!

Was just telling Denise that you made me describe them in detail! : ) She had another one of the salted caramel ones today... she took the cookies to work and they were all gone by 2pm!

No no no... I did not make you describe them in detail. You could have said "brownies" and that would have been enough to make me drool. But you chose to go into detail, including the dollop of chocolate and salted caramel on the shortbread cookie. Put her online. I'll straighten that out right this minute young man!!!
