The May 2014 strategy of riding the razor's edge of my daily fat metabolizing limit is working out great. Hit 204.8 tonight before dinner and after an 805 calorie treadmill workout. I went to the baseball game today but didn't eat or drink anything except the protein bar I took. I have a NICE calorie allowance to hit for dinner tonight... hmmm, what will we have? : )
