Have been consistently overeating this summer, into fall and scale reflects that! Going back to first steps: no junk food, calories under 2000 (goal <1700), toss (food bank) non compliant foods, whole foods meal planning, with increased movement - especially cardio. Those are the physical steps; the mental rewiring to move beyond this eating disorder/food addiction is the tough part! I have done this; I am doing this :) 7 weeks left in 2021!
135.5 kg Lost so far: 25.5 kg.    Still to go: 0.5 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.

That’s exactly where I am too - overate and the wrong things for the last couple of months, and my scale doesn’t like it either! Starting again! Real progress by the end of the year for both of us!

I’ve struggled with two EDs in my life(Anorexia and Bulimia) and moving towards recovery while still wanting to eat healthy and be physically active in a way that will do me good instead of harm has been difficult. I wish you lots of luck in your journey!
