Dropped another pound and a half today. Ate a few hamburgers for dinner. We were going to do them for Easter, but need to travel to Ohio for my cousin's funeral, so ate them tonight. Man, they were good. Did an hour on the treadmill beforehand. Last workout until Wednesday night at the earliest.

Will do my best to keep the diet under control while we are visiting but check out my calendar: 1) Saturday: My sister's boyfriend is a professional chef who ALWAYS cooks amazing stuff for us; 2) Sunday: Easter Dinner at my aunt's house, which means a crazy Italian smorgasbord; 3) Monday: Post-Easter "Dingus" festival in Cleveland, with tons of Polish treats and beers; 4) Tuesday: Visiting my aunt again and the funeral, after which there will be a dinner/reception. Lord, give me strength!

Two sets of numbers again tonight, both pre- and post-workout, just for fun. Did I really go up .2 lbs of body fat after sweating for an hour? Nah...

I just joined Fatsecret and have no knowledge of how to calculate/weigh the following: Total body fat, Total body water, Visceral fat rating, Muscle mass and Physique rating. Can you teach me, please. Don't let the temptation of delicious food distract you from your goal over the Easter. Cheers!

Cheers, Omebere! I will try to behave myself! I have a Tanita BC-533 Biometric Impedance Analyzer (BIA) scale. It provides all those numbers. It was 89 US dollars at Amazon.com. Have a great weekend!

Oh my gosh, you will be walking through a mine field. I come from an Italian family and we eat with a capitol "E". It is possible to stay focused, but it takes a lot of mental strength. I tell myself, I have had more than enough pasta in my life-----I know what it tastes like. But then again no one is perfect!

Yes, I'm the Polish/Lebanese cousin, but I lived with my aunt and uncle during the summers and oh man, did we eat. I think that's where I got my love of Italian food (which, sadly, is pretty much off the menu for me these days). I'll do my best, but no guarantees!
