The good thing about tomorrow is that yesterday doesn't matter. Get back on track my friend.

Don’t stress about it too much Bill. Stick to your diet when you can and do your best when you can’t. The 80/20 rule from the Primal Blueprint diet might be a helpful read for you. I would think you could apply the rule to any diet. I can’t leave a proper link here but if you google "primal 80/20 rule" the first result is the one I suggest you check out. Let’s see if this shows up: marksdailyapple.com/dear-mark-8020-revisited

Interesting how your numbers changed ( for the better) after your workout. I didn't realize they could change that fast with simply one workout. Can't wait to start using mine (after my husband gets one for his birthday soon). Keep up the good work and enjoy your weekend. It's always fun doing stuff with your kids and watching them do stuff they enjoy.

So glad you had a great time. There are times when feeling the freedom to enjoy the moment over-rides the need to attend to details of diet and exercise. I know you will adjust once you are again in your usual routine. J
