Got a 207.2 weigh in but had to wait until 4pm to do it. Spent 12 hours in bed after our bender last night and had a massive headache. But Denise and I had fun! Went back to bed for an hour and then got up and did my treadmill workout. Still showing effects of dehydration in the numbers and I don't really believe any of them but the weight. Will get some more water into my system and try again.
