5 weeks of eating poorly, with excessive calories, carbs, sodium, fat, sugar => just junk! My highest was yesterday at 302.2. The weight piles on with nonstop overeating. Got myself out of my funk once again; I really want to start 2022 in a better place. Happy I feel determined for second day in a row! Won't seem like "real" weight loss till back under 275, tho it sure feels real as in extra heavy! :)
136.5 kg Lost so far: 24.5 kg.    Still to go: 1.5 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
