Waking weigh in of 209.4. Will eat light today but will have a few drinks at happy hour. Need to not eat too much after that! Will eat light on Friday and then looking for a new low on Saturday after 16:8. Then dinner out with friends on Saturday night.

A little more fat and a little less carbs can help to keep you fuller feeling for longer. You probably know that already, and it probably does not fit into your macros, but I figured I throw it out there anyway. Have a good day Bill!

Hungry - lol. That sucks. If you are hungry and then have those few drinks you will be asking for trouble. Can you eat a power bar, a protein shake, something to give you the skill to say NO to the bar munchies. 209 is great :)

Thanks, everyone. Brent, that fat is hard to come by. I usually hit my macro on it, but only logging breakfast, lunch, and vitamins so far. Dinner will round out the numbers...

I will eat a grapefruit at 3:30 (I preloaded all the food I knew about). May do some appetizers with the drinks. I'll be fine either way. I am committed this week not to overeat when I get home. Got a hard target to hit by April 1!
