Ate under 1000 calories today to try to get closer to my 1200 per day deficit goal. Worked out for 865 calories and also burned a few hundred walking during the day for an overall negative calorie count for today. Will eat a bit more tomorrow.

15.8 is a low body fat, do you think that you will maintain your current weight or continue to try to lose another 11 lb?

You've got this. Just take care of you. I know its frustrating to not see the numbers drop as quick as you like. But like I said, we've both done this before. Have to compensate for the crap, right? Just be careful, and I know you are.

Good morning, everyone. Doing great. Down to 209.4 this morning and looking for a bit more tomorrow and Saturday. Will eat closer to 1500 today to offset yesterday's extreme low. Will alternate like that for the rest of the month. Slackpat, I'm aiming for 10 percent body fat, although that's a pretty high mark for someone who has been obese all his life. Depending on what body mass number I believe from my BIA scale, I'll hit 10 percent at 197 to 203 lbs. So this last ten will be trying to get rid of about 10-13 lbs. of my estimated 33 lbs. of body fat.
