But … on the plus side: this morning my waist is down 3.5” since I last measured (maybe 10 weeks ago?) so that makes up a little bit for the lack of progress on the scale.

Just checking in on you!!! You got this girl! Keep pushing! Take that extra step, have that extra nap, drink that glass of water. Anything and everything to make you love yourself 💕! October 1st I start with a trainer to push even harder on my body!

WTG girl! That’s called a NSV (non scale victory)… those are what really matter. The numbers are good to watch but the real success is in how you feel and see yourself! 3.5 is a whole lotta inches.. go for you!
