But … on the plus side: this morning my waist is down 3.5” since I last measured (maybe 10 weeks ago?) so that makes up a little bit for the lack of progress on the scale.

That’s called a NSV (non scale victory)… those are what really matter. The numbers are good to watch but the real success is in how you feel and see yourself!
3.5 is a whole lotta inches.. go for you!
