OK, then. Looks like a new all time low on Sunday morning after a 16:8 fast and an 845 calorie treadmill workout. I have to go back and check, but this is about as light as I've been since beginning. Made me hop onto the old doctor's scale and that one read 206.2. Cool! Rewarded myself with a nice, big homemade Greek omelet! Have a great day, everyone!
