Draglist's Journal, 16 Mar 14

OK, then. Looks like a new all time low on Sunday morning after a 16:8 fast and an 845 calorie treadmill workout. I have to go back and check, but this is about as light as I've been since beginning. Made me hop onto the old doctor's scale and that one read 206.2. Cool! Rewarded myself with a nice, big homemade Greek omelet! Have a great day, everyone!

Thanks, Classic and Tim! After yesterday's 2200 calorie day, I was hoping just to stay close to 210! I am being much more judicious in how many calories I log for exercise. Think I'm on track now. Madanjen, here is the link to the Spartacus workout. I was not really much more intense then my existing workout, but it added a few more high intensity moves. I liked it and it went pretty fast. Here is the link. (Remove the spaces after all the slashes). http://www.menshealth.com/ fitness/ spartacus-workout-0

Thanks, Wholefoodnut! Went shopping today and stopped for a salad for lunch. Ended up adding a bottle of pinot noir and a dessert! Still finished the day in the 2100 calorie range. Life is good.
