Got a nice 211.2 morning weigh in. Happy hour tonight so will have to watch out for the carb monster!

Thank you, friends. I just came out of a meeting starving! I ate a protein bar but eying another. Will try to hold out until a drink or two. I also have started thinking about going strictly low cal for the rest of the month. This past few days in the 900 and 1600 calorie range had me dropping the weight like I used to do. I might just take a page out of my old book and aim for 1500 per day on average throughout the rest of this month. And then after that, on April 1, hit maintenance. I think I am still fooling myself a bit in terms of how many calories I burn during exercise. I can do 1500 per day it easily. It's just a matter of setting the target and hitting it.
