Ok so I'm terrible at updating this. What I've discovered: I do not keep calorie records well at all. That my previous plan of not changing my normal routine but just taking the Garcinia Cambogia proved to maintain my weight. To lose weiht, It works better in conjunction with exercise and watching what you eat.

I have started a gym membership a week ago. I'm still working out a routine of days and times but I'd like to workout M, W, F on elliptical or weight training (alternately) and T, R in Deep H2O, Sat in a Pilate's. So far I've only made 3 days :-/ Just NOT in the habit.

Hang in there and working out will pay off, just make you a priority (an appointment with you) and keep it. Have a great evening.

It takes some time to get used to a new routine. Good job in getting started !! That's a big part of the battle.

Thank you guys. Bea, I do need to take myself more seriously. And yes, getting started counts even if I have to do it every week. Sometimes I just want to be through the "starting point" and have the routine set so it would be easier but I know that takes time and discipline I haven't developed well yet. Thanks again Ladies.
