Draglist's Journal, 05 Mar 14

Had a good day as I climb back down from the weekend's carb overload. Eating my IIFYM macros and working out enough to have the luxury of eating plenty and still have a nice 1000 calorie per day deficit. Tonight's dinner was great! I ate lots of fun stuff including a four egg omelet with ham and real Palestinian yogurt, Fiber One chocolate cereal, cheese, summer sausage, and even a few scotches on the rocks! These were after an 880 calorie treadmill workout and a nice weigh in that included a great new body fat percentage number and metabolic age. Finished eating at 10pm so will fast until a happy hour tomorrow. Will have a few draft beers and whatever goodies I can find then. Isn't dieting fun? : )

Here are the 3/05/14 Tanita Numbers (before dinner, after 880 calorie treadmill workout):

Wow, Nice treadmill work yesterday, almost two hours, impressive. More importantly, what kind of scotch are you sipping on? Have a great day and happy hour tonight, get your burn on if you can before : )

Thanks, Tims! The treadmill work was an hour at 4mph on a 10 percent incline. I take whatever my machine tells me I burned and I plug in whatever number of miles FS says it would take to burn those calories. So, the 880 calories is real, the time was not! Just working around the limitations of the tool... I'm drinking Lismore -- a really nice single malt at a very good price. I like Macallan, Glenorangie, etc., but this stuff is pretty darn good at half the price. I have those fancy ones as a treat when I go out!
