Got a nice 210.2 weigh in after a weight lifting workout, 11.5 hours of sleep, and then an hour on the treadmill! Whenever I get this low, I go hop on the old doctor's scale that I started weighing on. Got 207.2 on that one, so this is pretty much an all-time low for the past two years. I'm very happy with the IIFYM plan (adjusted to my recent calorie limit). Have a great Sunday. Time to EAT!

Thanks, Classic! They worked out great! I used both sets. I was able to do about 70 percent of my reps, even with the bigger weights. I definitely felt the added weight after my workout... very happy with how it worked.

Hi Draglist - just catching up with all my buddies. How are you doing with the new IIFYM you and Kingkeld were embarking on? It looks like you are doing great and as I recall, you have increased your calories, right? I was really worried about my weight on vacation, but I kept the carbs down and only gained 3.5 pounds, so very very happy with that. Other than that ate like a pig and drank like a fish - YIPPEE!

That sounds like a great vacation, Lynn, and 3.5 pounds is GREAT for all the fun you had! The IIFYM thing is working great. I made a slight adjustment to the calories mid month, but I'm still able to eat 600 more calories a day than I had been. And hit a new low today, increased muscle mass about 4-5 lbs. and dropped 3 lbs. of body fat. I think I've have it about figured out. Welcome back and so glad to hear from you. Bill
