Gkids made me do it!

(Sigh) back on track today. :) I actually missed my salads yesterday.
75.5 kg Lost so far: 0.7 kg.    Still to go: 7.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Lol yes I made great memories! Thx Laura. I hope you’re right about water weight. Time is going to tell….I sure feel how much I exercised/ played with them!!

To gain a full kg of *real* weight, you would have had to have eaten more than 7,000 calories *in excess* of your metabolic needs for the day. And I know you didn’t do that … you’d have been so busy eating that you’d have no time for your grandkids! Trust me. I AM right! 😁

LOL OK I definately did not have 7000 calories! I trust my vanilla cone did not create 2 pounds!
