🙋Friday Weigh In & Weekly Updates for July 16 - 23, Week 29: Meh 😂

❎No Junk Food: Giving myself a Nope for the week cos intense cravings and couple days with 2000+ calories.Eating Tim Horton's donuts just because I can walk there??? Silliness! I know I am bored, I know too much food won't solve anything soooooo aaaaaurrrghhhhhh. Want to recapture that "diet zone mode" I was in spring 2019 when I was super focused on losing weight!

❎Exercise: I can walk kinda normal now in apartment & in hallways, unaided (4 weeks on). Could probably be okay without cane leaving floor but take it for security. Haven't been outside much this week and didn't even attempt more movement inside with videos. Mostly sitting, online kinda week! MEH 🙁

Life update: Feel like I spent week avoiding making medical appointments! LOL Had another Instacart delivery -sooooo tempted to fill it with junk food! Didn't (Caesar salad kits & Sprite Zero were my treats). Delaying next delivery so I don't buy any junk. Seems like endless struggle. Gotta shake off "not the summer I planned" blues and get busy living! 😎Have a wonderful week, my friends!
