Thanks. I just broke the Saturday fast at 1:30 pm. Unfortunately, I went to Target before that and I bought out the store of goodies! Dark chocolate, breakfast bars, sugar free candies, etc. At least I also bought some new clothes that fit, including belts, and a new set of dummbells (25 pounders). The 10 pounders were not cutting it on certain exercises. Have a great weekend! bp

WTG, Bill! You're doing great... and don't sweat picking up a few goodies. Just don't go crazy with consuming them too fast. LOL! You're a pro, though, so I know you won't.
