Expected- my mom has been in hospital for a week and so I’m eating erratically- like dinner at 10 pm. Hopefully I can sort it out and figure out how to maintain a regular eating schedule over the next couple of weeks.
116.4 kg Lost so far: 12.9 kg.    Still to go: 32.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
