Morning weigh in has me up .4 from three days ago to 215.2 but putting on some lean mass. Still have to lose 5 percent more body fat. Taking my daily calories to 2100 with IIFYM should work.
97.6 kg Lost so far: 49.8 kg.    Still to go: 4.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
