Better than I expected.
I had a 2nd, unintended “off the hook” day yesterday. My daughter’s little puppy broke her leg and we all ended up at Cora’s for breakfast after we dropped her of at the vet surgeon’s.
Hint: Do Not Go To Cora’s while in the company of 2 upset daughters and one very distraught granddaughter, with the intention of eating sensibly! (To be fair, however, their eggs Benedict has amazing anaesthetic properties.) Delta will recovery fully and completely in a few weeks. 😊

@WGH: I have a suspicion my two day “vacation” is not to be without consequences. Not being pessimistic but based on previous experiences. We’ll see what the next week or so looks like. 🙂

Oh Laura you and me both lol- I’ve been off work this week and though mostly good I’ve had a few cheat meals and a few more to come. It’s my birthday tomorrow so we’re out for dinner and of course cake! I’ll try to have just a little piece but hey, I think it’s the law that you have to cheat on your birthday meal right?? We’ll both be back on track next week and back at it! Hope the pup is ok btw!

Mmmm I love Cora's. I ordered breakfast twice since I started the diet. Spoiler alert my weight didn't go down the next day lol. You're doing fantastic Laura!

Well fortunately for me, the nearest Cora’s is an hour away, so having it delivered isn’t an option!
