Planning a snack tray today as we are watching the Europeans soccer finals. What low Cal foods would you add to a tray to keep on track?

Veggie sticks for sure and some dip! Or maybe some cheese and crackers. Although I'm not sure they are low cal.

Definitely do the veggies, maybe I will cut up some cheese and weigh it. I was thinking shrimp and fruit?
