Hi there! YES, YOU CELEBRATE!! That's a big milestone. I suggest a reward and here are some ideas. A new pair of socks for walking (or exercise clothes), some cut flowers or a plant, a facial, some bubble bath or a fun book to read. Let us know what you do!

You *should* be proud! That first 10 is crucial. Before I got there I wasn’t entirely convinced I could really do this. That milestone is a great convincer! And a lot of work. Plus: aside from all of that … what a great accomplishment. Congratulations 🎉
