Dropped from 217.2 this morning to 214.8 this evening after a light eating day and a 670 calorie treadmill workout. The Tanita numbers continue to show some muscle gain and an even lower body fat percentage. I will do my IIFYM numbers after eating...

Hi. I use a Tanita BC-533 Biometric Impedance Analyzier scale. 89 bucks at Amazon.com.
