I finally decided log my weight now after I lost my "fast" pounds I gained after the birthdays and holidays. October to after New Years,that is five birthdays, including mine,and then Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years. Our family celebrates to the fullest with big dinners, etc. Oh yes, I love to cook. I did watch my portion sizes more. Didn't have any ice cream, smaller slices of birthday cakes. Very few cookies. Just had to try the new recipes. I knew I was putting on some weight,turned out to be 24 lbs. So now I have lost that 24 "fast" pounds and will probably be losing slower now.
108.4 kg Lost so far: 32.2 kg.    Still to go: 24.5 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
