Thanks. Running between meetings all day so doing protein bars for convenience. Pretty bad but a rare practice. Will enjoy a nice meal tonight and hopefully further adjust macros. Aiming for about 190 grams each of protein and carbs and as little fat as I can.

That's great, Mom2Boxers! Let me know how you like it! We had a very nice meal out tonight. I splurged and had dessert but salmon and brussel sprouts for dinner. Of course, started with a single malt scotch and had two pinot noirs with dinner! Numbers ended up just a bit above goals on all macros. Will adjust tomorrow.
