That's a nice pace. I find that my issue is that if I am not making a very conscious effort to go faster... I just end up taking a leisurely stroll. Just daydreaming and wandering down a trail. 🤷🏻‍♀️😕😁

Thank you all for your cheering me on! Princess, I use an app that tracks my speed... I'm competitive, so it pushes me to walk faster! Darren walked with me this morning, and when he gets in gear I have to work to keep up! 😁  

br_e_co, I don't actually know it's name, but I think it is a rose native to southeast Asia. It grows happily in our damp Seattle area. I love it too! Becky!
