240.6 Up a little. And on the wrong side of that pesky 240 mark again. TSK! I’m not surprised. I went to my daughter’s place yesterday to help her out with a small 2-person job, and she made veggie pizza for lunch. Delicious - but 1) I over indulged, too much carb; and 2) lots of sodium in all that cheese. All in all I’m not unhappy. The weight will go again in a few days. And I will never regret time spent with my family! 😊
