Draglist's Journal, 31 Jan 14

I believe the saying is: WOO HOO! I hit a new all-time low this evening on the last day of the month. I love it when a plan comes together! Hit 209.8, which on the Tanita scale is an all time low (it equates to 207 and change on the old doctor's scale on which I began recording two years ago). I also hit a nice 15.8 body fat percentage and 23 years of metabolic age. I like it! Tomorrow begins the IIFYM experiment, but for tonight, we raise our arms in victory! Have a great weekend, everyone!

Yes. Very excited but nervous about February. I'm all ready to do IIFYM and then KingStephen showed me that the Carson Chow calculator is now available for the iPhone/iPad. So I downloaded it and it TO THE OUNCE predicted what I would have lost this month based on what I did. So now I'm heading in another direction. But... it will be nice to eat the extra calories. Thanks!

PS Bill I think you needed a few more O's in there; as in WOOOOOOOO WHOOOOOOOO - there that looks better :)

Thanks, Stephen! Yes, it's in the app store as BWSim... it is even easier to use and has more features than the JavaScript version. (And of course, it tells me that another month at 1500 calories per day can get me to 195)... but at 2350 IIFYM, I can get to 207. So let's see what happens.

Love your Metabolic age! Oh to really be 23 again. I got married at 23 but to be honest I'd do it again. I've been married 27 years now.My wife is on here now and we are supporting each other. We even did our aerobic workout together tonight.

I really enjoy reading your posts! I think your journals are an encouragement to anyone who reads them. I also am grateful for the various calculators you've recommended - in fact I was sharing with people at work. Congratulations on your new all time low....and when a plan comes together, that is a GREAT feeling!

You are the man Bill! Way to finish the month strong. What is your monthly loss goal while on the new program? How many calories will you be eating? I'm excited to follow and learn from your experiment.

OMG Bill. The first time I've smiled in days. You've got a stalked. OMG, I needed this. AND... CONGRATS ON THE NEW WEIGHT. DOES THIS MEAN YOU'RE CHANGING DIETS AGAIN? IF SO, YOU SOUND LIKE ME.

Good morning. Yes, I might get lucky if the FatSecret admins don't remove FavourEric's account fast enough! LOL. Unfortunately, he/she has been posting the same note on several other members' pages so I guess I'm not that special after all... ;) I've been planning this experiment for some time as I'm down to my last 15 pounds. I'm making the change because I'm at the limit of my ability to eat the same calorie deficits I've been doing without losing muscle mass. I'm posting the new plan in my 2/02/14 journal. Have a great weekend, everyone!
