Waking weigh in at 211.6. Did not work out last night. Super tired so I went to bed at 10:30 (unheard of for me to get there before midnight or 1). Then I tossed and turned until after 1am anyway. At least I had time to start thinking about my IIFYM meal plans for February.
96.0 kg Lost so far: 51.4 kg.    Still to go: 3.0 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.

WTG, BILL!!!! I did the same thing last night. I went to bed at 9PM and slept 11 hours... I **NEVER** go to bed before midnight, and most nights not before 2AM. Nice work, you'll be back into the 20x's soon.
