Down to 212.4 after about 390 calories at breakfast and lunch. We'll double that for dinner and then eat a little more tomorrow. Here are the numbers...

So, that makes 780 calories for today? So much better than 666? LOL. By the way, thank you for teaching me to think about averages. Some times the simplest things are the hardest to grasp.

It will be something like that. Got a chicken breast cooking! I usually don't go this low consecutively unless i'm trying to hit a certain average number by the end of the month (I ate too much this past weekend, so I only have myself to blame!) You are welcome on the averages. That is the single most effective trick of my weight loss. When I read the NY Times article on Carson Chow where he stated that, it clicked...

OK, not gonna work out tonight. I fell asleep on the couch. Have not been sleeping enough and going to bed! Fewer than 1000 calories today and about that tomorrow. Our Christmas Party was snowed out at work back in December and tomorrow night is the reschedule date. Will have a few drinks but not too much to eat. Good night!

mad about moose, the Carson Chow calculator requires JavaScript so won't run on all computers. Isabel, you take care of you and yours! I love hearing from you but I know you have a lot going on! Enjoy Florida!

http://caloriecount.about.com/tools/calories-goal. (Ends with /calories-goal). A good alternative to the Carson Chow simulator, which requires JavaScript.
