🙋Friday Weigh In & Weekly Updates for May 28 - June 3, Week 22: Finally decided to post how much I've gained these past weeks. I've been eating a lot of SUGAR (in addition to other crap). I feel horrible: knees ache, bloated/swollen, burping/acid reflux, zero energy, binge urges back, and at highest weight since July 2019. Good news is: simple solution to not feeling this way!

❎No Junk Food: 2/7 days YTD: 48.7% (75/154days) The excessive daily calorie train stops here! Today!

❎Exercise (30+ mins cardio): 4/7 days YTD: 42.2% (65/154days) Giving myself an X this week because I think I didn't walk quite as much I wrote down LOL plus I skipped out on a couple beautiful summer days!

Life update: Gave away 3 bags of groceries to neighbour (I still have more!) which felt great! I don't like being a fatty on the sofa anymore. Obesity doc appointment this week: talked about my destructive path; he asked about any emotional issues. I just wanted to avoid life for awhile? I don't want to go back to 350+ pound life where I was afraid to go outside and had difficulty walking a block! There's only one way to do this: by DOING IT! :)

*Year Goal: under 200 pounds, size 16-18/XL/1x clothing (currently 22-24/3x)
