Up 3.2 pounds after a big indulgence day on Saturday (4100 calories). Back to work today! Hope to get down to 209-210 by January 31.

Thanks, Joan. Had a nice pork roast for dinner and some dessert. Went over again, but only half of what I ate yesterday. Adjustment day tomorrow and then 1000-1200 per day to round out the week and month.
