I believe I’ve finally hit rock bottom. Emotional, mental spiritual and physical.
Nothing left to do but gett back to the basics.
99.7 kg Lost so far: 9.2 kg.    Still to go: 27.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

its okay to feel like things are bad. this group has picked me up so many times. you can do this! pick one small goal for this week. keep it simple and dont worry about the things you cannot control. stay focused on your one small goal.
