Dropped my few ingulgence pounds from the weekend plus a few ounces. Weighed in at 2:30pm after a 755 calorie workout in an 18 hour fasted state. Here are the Tanita numbers:

Beautiful! :) I know you are so happy to see the "indulgence" about to be a thing of the past. It takes a few days to do the damage and weeks to take it off again. Well done!

I allowed a few extra snacks this past weekend but did not go overboard. The one day we ate Mexican food out was 1900 calories (and lots of carbs) but that ended up being my only meal of the day. I truly was not hungry for the rest of that day.

I have done that too. The fact you were satiated by the one meal and didn't force in more food the rest of the says a lot. You are doing great!
