Dropped my few ingulgence pounds from the weekend plus a few ounces. Weighed in at 2:30pm after a 755 calorie workout in an 18 hour fasted state. Here are the Tanita numbers:

I have done that too. The fact you were satiated by the one meal and didn't force in more food the rest of the says a lot. You are doing great!
