Not so happy with this. I was thrilled to be under the 250 lb. milestone and now, again, I’m not.
Mostly from sodium intake but it will still take a few days to get rid of it all. ☹️

we always go by trial and error. now u know what element has stopped your weight loss and this is very good , now it is to control it. continue and do not be discouraged !!
