Finally broke under 213 again with a 212.4 weigh in after 8 hours of sleep, a cup of coffee, and a 770 calorie treadmill workout. Still going to go out right now and do my indulgence lunch of a big platter of Mexican treats, followed by a movie. Enjoy your weekend!

My thought when I saw your entry...OMG he lost it. He really did lose 2 lbs. in a day. Still trying to comprehend the 770 calorie loss on the treadmill. At the rate you're going you're going to need a new one because you're going to shred it to pieces with your workout.

Thanks, everyone! Yes, I knew I was going out today so I spent a little extra time on the treadmill. Now I see that coincidentally, I still have exactly a 1000 calorie deficit! My lunch was so filling that I'm done for the day.
