Official morning weigh in at 213.6. Up .2 from three days ago. Seem to be hovering around 213-218 week to week. Going out for a business lunch today so will add a few extra calories.
96.9 kg Lost so far: 50.5 kg.    Still to go: 3.9 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.

Thanks. Well it's all about me these days. As I told classic rocker the other day, it's easy to maintain this level of devotion to my eating plan because I don't have anyone else to think about at this time in my life. Interestingly, the great IF article TXSnowman posted the other day mentioned that as a success factor at the end.

I don't know TXSnowman. I'll go see if I can find him, any article on IF is interesting to me. I haven't seen anything 'new' in a while. So glad you take care of you. It's a lesson I give but seldom follow :)

Hey, Bill! Yeh, these last few weeks have been pretty even-keel for you. I've forgotten, did you actually start the IIFYM stuff now, or are you still doing your original? (Carson Chow / IF) ?

Hi Rob. Still on the second thing, targeting 1500 a day, although I've literally swapped my intake of protein vs carbs. I will do this until the end of the month and reassess. I also started weight lifting on alternate days. I only take off on Mondays now. That's my low cal fast/adjustment day to get me back to the 1500 average. Not crazy about the stall. And it's possible I'm not eating enough but I need to study up a bit more before changing to a new tack in February. You are doing great!

That actually sounds great! But I did have a lamb kabob and some hummus today, with Greek yogurt and berries and honey for dessert!

Ahhhhh. That sounds delicious. Love kabobs and hummus. Where I'm at, the good stuff is easy to get. About your diet update: ok, good to know. I was just curious. So, you're trying to get more carbs and less protein now? Or vice versa?

Yes, more protein and fewer carbs. I have doubled the one and halved the other! But have not hit those macros, which, for me, are calling for 213 grams of protein a day. That's huge. Overall, it wants me to eat 2300 calories a day which scares the crap out of me. But I will try it in February depending on the results I get with my 1500 calorie target. I should be dropping two lbs. a week and that's not happening.

Yeh... that's the part that gets frustrating. Where the calculated RDI says you *should be* in terms of cals in / cals out never seems quite right. I know exactly what you mean. I've started compiling a very detailed spreadsheet so I can master it, like Keld... Hah! :D

I LOVE lamb (Mom is from England) and hummus. Hummus is good for you! Sounds like you actually had a healthy lunch!
