Had a few weeks with a lack of focus and started picking up those bad habits again, so need to get that focus back on track.
78.0 kg Lost so far: 11.9 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

It is amazing how fast it goes back on compared with the hard work to get it off. So frustrating!

I know, I’m not to worried as I’m still a stone down and know I’m going to vary it’s just time to make sure I don’t allow it to get out of control again.

Not all mine are yellow. In fact most of them aren’t 😂. I’ve got green, shitty brown, the yellow photos are more likely to be puke

Make a 5ltr batch of it and cram it into your fridge, I bet you loose weight real Fast... Even better, leave an open container in a work fridge just for 'sh***' n giggles 😉
