Down to 214.4 on the Tanita and 211.2 on the sliding physicians scale. Even though the other Tanita numbers continue to be confusing, I'll take the weight loss. In the absense of any repeatable numbers, I'm going to assume a body fat percentage of 20 percent and target losing half of that. That means about 20 more pounds, which puts me right at my 195 pound maintenance goal. Have a great week! Bill
