Did 40 minutes of weight training and dropped .2 lbs. Also improved my other Tanita scale measurements markedly. Body fat improved by 2.3 percent. Muscle mass increased and metabolic age improved by 8 years! LOL. Will record all numbers at official daily pre-dinner weigh in. Just ate my last bowl of organic muesli cereal. It's delicious, but unsustainable in a low carb plan.
97.4 kg Lost so far: 50.0 kg.    Still to go: 4.4 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.

Ah, that's better on the fat scale. That weight is coming off nicely. The line is moving downward. It'll get there, Bill. No worries.
