I'm super sore from working out yesterday. I actually expected a gain as a result. It feels so good to start lifting heavy again!!!!!

Yes, Kat! ❤️ Third visit now. First two I was really tentative to just see what I could do. Yesterday was a long and hard workout. I left my phone in the car and NO ONE could disturb me! My knee is not perfect, but I think it isn't worse from my putting it to the test. Maybe, with care and having the equipment to work everything, the muscular imbalance will work its way out and I'll be OK! Here's hoping! 😁
